Some of Bike Hayward's work includes:

Advocacy: Organizing the community to push for better bike & street safety infrastructure, as well as active involvement on major infrastructure projects like the East Bay Greenway and the Hayward Loop.
Community Events: Organizing social bike rides and supporting Free Bike Repair Tents to build a strong local bike culture.
Local Capacity: Supporting local programs like the Green Mobility Ambassadors training for residents and the City of Hayward's Hayward Rides Free Bikes Program with bike valet services.
